Background & Training My first career was in music. I earned a doctorate in performance and played professionally for twenty years. Then, in order to fulfill a lifelong interest in psychology, I attended the New York University School of Social Work and graduated in 1992. Later I graduated from the C. G. Jung Institute of New York, a six-year postgraduate training program through which I was certified as a Jungian analyst. I maintain private practices in Manhattan and Tuckahoe, New York. I currently teach at the The C.G. Jung Institute of New York, and the C.G. Jung Foundation of New York, and in the past I taught music at the City University of New York and the State University of New York. I am a member of the New York Association for Analytical Psychology and the International Association for Analytical Psychology.
